Queen Victoria

"The important thing is not what they think of me, but what I think of them."
                              -Queen Victoria

That, my dear colleagues, was Queen Victoria, after whom the Victorian Era was named. Just by looking at that quote you know she was a real charm. Queen Alexandrina Victoria was born on May 24, 1819, and inherited the throne at the early age of 18, and because of this, she was the longest reigning monarch of England. She had a passion for painting, and her character was associated with the peace, and economy and industrial evolution of 19th century England, although it appears her sayings were a little harsh. What do you think?

  1. I think it'd be amazing if I could have a Era with my name I'd fell like I was the coolest person in that entire era. I think that about her sayings is about personal opinion and we also have to consider the point of view about life they had in that time.
